You get a tracking number by e-mail when the parcel has shipped. The shipping cost is always shown in the cart before you pay.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. The period runs from the day after you received the goods. How to do it:
- Tell us within the deadline – use the withdrawal form or send an e-mail to [email protected].
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to: Varde Turutstyr AS, Fjellvegen 12, 2686 Lom.
- We refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping, no later than 14 days after you told us. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown that they were sent.
You pay the return postage yourself. A parcel with Posten / Bring costs approximately NOK 99.
You may try the goods the way you would in a shop. If they have been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.
Faulty goods (complaints)
If something is wrong with the goods, write to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the fault as soon as you discover it. We cover the return postage for complaints. Your rights are set out in the terms of sale, section 10.
